Book review: anxious people by Fredrik Backman 올해 다섯 번째로 읽은 책은 Fredrik Backman의 Anxious people입니다. 이 책은 제 상황과 시기에 공감되는 부분이 많았던 책으로 원서 읽기가 흥미롭다는 인식을 받을 수 있게 쐐기를 박아준 책이기도 합니다. 이 책을 만나지 않았다면 아마도 계속 원서읽기를 하면서 마음속으로는 원서읽기를 과연 공부가 아닌 재미로 받아들이고 할 수 있을까 의심하며 의지에 크게 비중을 두고 원서읽기를 해나갔을 것 같습니다. 부모가 되는 것에 관한 이야기도 나오지만 저는 그 부분에 국한되기 보다는 우리가 직면한 현실 속에서 나이와 몸만 어른이 된 채 살아간다는 것이 모두에게 쉽지 않다는 메시지를 전달해준다는 점에서 정말 와 닿았습니다. 스토리 안에서 개연성이 조금이라도 부족하다 싶다는 생각이 들면 작품에 대해.. 2021. 11. 23.
