전체 글23 2022's English stuyding goals 2021년부터 제대로 원서읽기를 시작했다. 매달 1권씩 원서읽기를 목표로 했다. 12월을 제외하고는 목표를 이루었다. 마지막 달에 변수가 생겼다. 여러가지 복잡한 생각들이 해결되어야 할 것 같았다. 천천히 읽은 것에 비해 어휘력, 문법 실력이 많이 늘지 않았다는 것 갑자기 종이책으로 읽고 싶어졌다는 것 종이책으로 읽고 싶어진 것에 이어 영어단어정리장을 만들어 암기하고 싶어졌다는 것(이라 쓰고 필요성을 느꼈다고 정정한다) 한 번에 여러 책을 읽고 싶어졌다는 것(이라 쓰고 12월에는 확 사로잡힐 만큼 매력적인 책을 못 찾았다라는 것) 갑자기 단어를 정리 안해서 마무리로 한 권 영어 요약을 미루었다는 것 그래서 갑자기 이런 생각들로 한 번에 여러 책(Born a crime, You should talk to .. 2022. 1. 7. Plot: The silent patient by Alex Michaelides 8월에도 원서 1권 읽기를 성공했고, 정말 행복하게 읽은 책을 소개해보려고 합니다. 올해 8월에 읽은 책은 Alex Michaelides의 The silent patient입니다. 이 책을 읽고 작가한테 반했고, 앞으로 스릴러(서스펜스)를 한 번 읽어봐야겠다 라는 생각을 하게 되었습니다. 문장이 간결하고, 어렵지 않은데 게다가 스토리도 탄탄하고 개연성도 잘 짜여져 있어서 정말 재밌게 푹 빠져 읽었던 책입니다. 이 책은 긴 말 필요 없이 무조건 강추 하는 소설입니다.
